The location was convenient

Nothing at all and staff and facilities were downright horrible. Had people outside in parking lot smoking crack/ drugs. Felt that my life and personal property were in jeopardy for even being on the property.

Close proximity to bars and nightlife

everything was as expected despite the previous negative reviews. front desk very helpful. for the price the room was great and better than many hotels that charge more. Definitely will return.

Nothing it was rundown

The bottom of the molding around the room had water damage and they painted over it. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it, and was left that way in a non-smoking room. Tile in the bathroom was cracked in holes in the wall. The bed was very uncomfortable, and we left a day early because it was so bad.

Cold soda machine

Nothing good. It was not a safe place to stay. There were bikers everywhere which would not get a good night's sleep. Canceled and left.

Nothing I've been trying to get a hold of someone and booking.com but was unsuccessful I want a full refund I did not stay I showed up at 4:00 to check in and it was a nightmare the lady was mean the language barrier was extreme and she was rude after 20 minutes waiting to check in I got the key I went to the room it took me 2 minutes to inspect the room I turn the sheets up to look at the bed cover the bed sheets and they were stained soiled I immediately left and went back to the office and tell her I wanted a refund she said fine good for me you don't want to stay good for me I have to call booking.com she has nothing to do with it that's what she said I want a full refund I never stayed at the location I left
